Instructions for Submitting Institutional Consent
This page provides access to the official consent form for organizations interested in participating in a graduate research study approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at California State University, Monterey Bay.
The study explores instructional design practices in professional and educational settings. Institutions such as schools, universities, or corporate training organizations may voluntarily participate by submitting the completed consent form.
Participation involves no direct intervention or risk and is entirely voluntary. No identifying information will be shared without explicit written permission.
This study has been reviewed and approved by the California State University, Monterey Bay Institutional Review Board (IRB) on October 16, 2025, under protocol number IRB-FY26-8.
